If the require match all checkbox is checked, only comments which contain all search terms in query will appear in results.
Otherwise any comment containing any of the search terms will appear in result.
No terms in the query means all comments will appear in results.
The limit parameter limits to [LIMIT] latest comments of user (so that it doesn't return too many results).
Set it very high (past the user's number of comments) to download everything.
